License Agreement
As a part of our ever-growing passion to provide better service and products to our customers Electrify Power Solutions LLP have partnered with Schneider Electric in a” License Model” agreement where we are authorized by Schneider Electric to manufacture, assemble, test, market and sell the product, as per Schneider’s type tested design and transfer of technology”.
Under this Agreement
- SE (Licensor) shall provide Electrify Power Solutions LLP (Licensee) with all the technical information required to manufacture SE make RMU in line with their type tested design.
- SE (Licensor) product type test shall be applicable for the manufactured RMU
